I have a few favs at the moment:
Long Island iced tea - 1 part each vodka, white rum, white tequila, triplesec, and gin, 1.5 parts sweet and sour mix. Make a big jug of this. For a drink, add ice, and fill glass about 3/4ths with liquour, then add cola. If you do it right, you don't really taste the alcohol, but you get slammed.
Amaretto Rose - 1.5 ounces amaretto, .5 ounce lime juice, fill rest of glass with carbonated water or seltzer (I use a small juice glass - about 4 ounce size)

Well I like the 7 on 7. I forget what it is made out of though except for the 7-up. Perhaps there are 7 different kinds of liquers in it. I got a little drunk after just one. LOL! :-P

For those of you who recommended gin and tonics, allow me to pass along my own favorite, the gin gimlet.
3 parts gin
1 part Rose's sweetened lime juice
It's a bit more stiff than a G&T, but if you're a gin fan and like sours, this one's for you. Definitey for sipping.
