I have just got a female Papillon who has a bad stain on her eye,is there anything i can get to remove it.

Wipe the stain daily with optrex (from chemists) the boric acid in it will clear the stain and being for eyes its safe to use.
There is also something called Eye Envy that WILL clear the stain but its nearly £20 but try the optrex 1st.

No trouble with our Pappion not Pappillion,she i also French
spaniel her eyes get a little damp but if you do not bathe
with luke warm water they will stain especially if the are a light
colour.If your`s in excessive ? it may my be her tear duct wants cleaning,this is not a big job or expensive,my advice take to your vet and have her looked at UK

Why's it there, should be your first question... PH imbalance, infection, ... check with the vet.
A little peroxide on a cotton ball will help a lot (careful not to get it in the eyes) wipe the area frequently.

Well could be a pH problem in the water. It could also be genetic. you can check with a vet. At the petstore they sell tear remover...try it

papillon is french for butterfly so i suppose you should ask a vet ?
