Like one or two of the others, I'm curious as to why they are staring. Never-the-less, just assume it's because you look "mahvelous" and flash a huge smile at them, hold your head high, wave and go on about your business.

To do anything else would put you in a negative light.....never a good thing. Sometimes people continue to practice inappropriate behavior because you give them the negative reaction they're looking for....don't play into their little dramas.

Good Luck!

Why do you think people are staring at you?

Do you have a friend at work you can ask? Maybe it's your dress or attitude. Or, maybe you are just beautiful!

Either way, see if you can find out. If it's because of your dress, you may want to tone it down and dress more conservatively. If it's your attitude, you may need to adjust your behavior.

If it persists and it really bothers you, ask to speak to your manager or dept. head. He/she can get to the bottom of it.

Do your work and ignore the stares. Maybe your coworkers need more work! :)

Start staring back. Let it be known that you know they are staring at you! Or say something. Go up and say "I noticed you were staring at me, is there something wrong?"
I hate people who do that, but I think I may be one of them!

Think about something else, and you'll be surprised to find that, as if by magic, they'll stop staring at you

Staring is considered by most rude and can be creepy - let them know that.

You probably are dressing and presenting yourself to attract a special someone...

??

and, your probably pretty, and everyone wants to look at you..

if you do not enjoy the attention, then dress plain for work.
