yes if you're really committed to the relationship working. I've been in a relationship with a guy for 3 yrs now and we're planning to get married mid next year. He worked really hard at making sure communication did not die between us and we still msg and call EVERY single day to make sure we don't forget each other literally. That's what's important :not letting time and space separate you. the distance sucks but if u guys are meant to be then it's worth it in the end. I CAN'T WAIT FOR APRIL!!!!!!!!! :-)

Well it could do if he plans to move and live where you are or vice versa: you move to live in Greece but if neither party has that intention then unless intentions change as a result of your continued friendship which is no longer face to face and person to person then the relationship will surely fade and sadly die. So Generally speaking and from what I've heard from sources close to me and a tiny bit of personal experience: the answer is No they don't normally work. Good Luck anyway. JB

Long distance relationships can work but most don't.

Holiday romances can work but most don't.

Your relationship is both of these, and on the basis of 2 weeks I honestly don't see anything coming of it. You're best off just remembering it for the fun time & good holiday it was

YES, YES, YES!! I met my husband in Germany (we were both dependant military) and he moved after we had been dating for 2 months. We wrote and called each other for a YEAR, before I moved to to Colorado to be with him. We got married so afterwards. That was 10 years ago and we now have a beautiful 3 year old!!

This seem very hard coz the start period is only 2 weeks, or rather you may not have even started the relationship yet, unless you really got the money to go for holiday frequently. Low Chance

They can work but with a lot of effort. Since you two have not had any time together prior to the LDR it may be difficult.

They do. But, you need to have a lot of trust in the relationship and be really committed to making it work.
