I just quite like the idea that inbetween saving the world, James Bond basically has a licence to shoot traffic Wardens and other characters who annoy him in the kneecaps and get away scott free.

Well according to the film of the same title, all you have to do to kill yourself a megalomaniac world domination seeking drug dealer. Preferably whilst driving a HGV full of explosive liquids on two wheels. After that, the british government will welcome you with open arms and give you a license.
When you do eventually do all of the above (good luck by the way!), please get in touch...there are a couple of local council jobsworths that I need sorting out ;)

Wal-Mart, why not? You can buy everything else there. They have taken over the market almost completely. Every town has one and nobody else can compete with their prices, so you are forced to shop there.
