Losing of Body fat : If you are running on a treadmill lemme try to help you out with this.
Running on the treadmill: Keep the gradient on 0 and keep a formiddable speed around 7.5 to 8, not too much to tire you down soon or not too less to make you feel lazier after a while. Run for a longer time than you usually would run around an hour atleast, this will help you reduce a lot of calories. Remember one thing about machines always. In a treadmill, gradient is a lot of importance, at lower gradients like 0, it helps you to burn out the calories, when you start increasing your gradient towards the middle you are entering the endurance zone and lesser calories will be lost as it does a bit of muscle repairing for long runs. As you go higher you are actually losing lesser calories as you use a lot of it for muscle building in your legs to encounter the inclination you are running at. so my suggestion for you would be to run at 0 inclination.
And remember my friend in between all this, don't tend to be careless on your diet, I would not suggest to lose a lot of carbs and fat in your diet, keep them in but just a considerable amount. Stop using tablets and pills as they can turn out to be harmful.
Try to have more of proteins which will help you improve your muscle strength, don't worry it won't add to your fat.
Have your food in small quantities but in around 3-5 servings in a day.
Also eat salads as they will help you in many ways. They will increase the water content in your body to some extent as this is very required to keep your muscles lubricated during your regime.
