KARELA AND CUCUMBER JUICE HAS NO SIDE EFFECTS!!(They are natural will only help u,except fer the fact that cucumber is cold..so if it doesnt suit yer body type,can cause body ache stff..try having it in daylight)

well look juices of karela and cucumber r good for health.
But I dont like the juice of karela. Would u like it ?

according to swamy ramdevji maharaj, yoga guru, one medium size cucumber, karela and tomato, mixed juice is the remedy for diabetic patient when taken i the morning on empty stomach... it does make the difference... while continuing the regular medication... but have the sugar checked after 3 months
