If she has turned pink you need to figure out why. If the cause is allergies, licking, itching etc then a whitening shampoo will likely make matters worse.
If it's just a case of she got into something and is stained, you can try a whitening shampoo (you can purchase this at most pet supply stores) or add a LITTLE BIT (I'm talking drops here) of laundry blueing to her regular shampoo or rinse. But if it's a stain you may simply have to wait for the old hair to grow our and keep the new hair from re-staining.

What made the dog turn pink? Did you have her colored? Or was it a collar or sweater that bled?
In any case..you can either take her to your groomer..they will have a good whitening shampoo, or you can buy some at Petsmart or Petco, or your groomer, and do it yourself.
I have had alot of white dogs whose red collars bleed and the neck hair turns pink. Sometimes using the whitening shampoo helps and sometimes it doesn't. It may just have to fade out.

Pet Esthe shampoo for white dogs its the blue one. you could also take it to a groomers get them to shave it all off and then wash him and when it grows out within say a month get the fur shaved again.

PINK! Thanks kinda cute.. no?
Is she licking? You need too find the cause, to have any long term effects, but peroixide is effective, and safe (keep it out of the eyes.) If she has more than a spot or two, and needs a full body white... use a Blue shampoo

Whatever you do, don't use soaps and chemicals on animals if its was not made to be used on animals. Animal skin is alot more sensitive than human skin, in fact most of the soaps that we use on our own skin would burn an animals skin. Eg. dishwashing soap is meant be gentle but it still makes your skin feel dry. Imagine what it will do do an animals skin. Call your vet ask him what would be appropriate.

They make a shampoo (its blue) that will help restore the whiteness of your dogs coats. I use it all the time on my dals. Check with your local pet store.

the best course of action is to get some whitening shampoo from your local pet store or garden centre. that should sort it out. if not take her to a vet!
