Ok suppose we want to write CD in Windows XP without third party software like nero. So is it possible ? Yes or No ?

yes its possible its built into windows XP
Just drag the files to the CD then right click on the CD and burn the files to disk.

yup... u can do it. right click on the file/folder - Send to - Cd (e:drive or whichever drive ur CD drive is located on)
u need to have a CD writer though.
