Ever since I went to Mexico (probably before that I just can't remember) back in early May, I've occasionally been getting pains in my lower back around where my kidneys are. I don't know if the kidneys are the problem, or because I have on again off again constipation and diareah... but why is there pain there? Its so intense sometimes I can barely walk.

I'm only 20, and I'm about 6'0 225 pounds

It could be your waist. You are quite heavy, so the waist carries a lot of weight and sometimes it hurts. It could be some problem in the kidneys or any other organ, you didn't say why you had diarrhea, if you take any medication, etc, there is no telling what is wrong, only a doctor can tell you. You could have stones in the kidneys or in the bile, whatever. Also, have urine and blood test, they could show if you have an infection.

I have higher again agony, placed beneath my correct shoulder. This happens considering I am typically in the back of a pc at my table. My health practitioner advocate hot compresses (unattainable in the course of paintings hours) and in addition agony patches. They are like band aids and provide off a warmness-like sensation, calming down any agony I would believe. At night time, you must sleep with pillows among your legs. I did that and found out that when I positioned a pillow in the back of me as good, my again pains lessened. My minimize again agony is because of my hips adjusting to the child, that is customarily why yours hurts while you stroll. I began getting this agony early (I'm rather tiny so I ought to have wanted plenty of hip stretching!) and feature located that it does not appear to ever depart! Hope my studies can support you out somewhat.

Ask your doctor. You may either have a UTI or strained your back.
