No one in the military would be over there "four times"-- thye'd be there constantly. We don't let the poor soldiers go! Clearly, he was there as a Congressman, as many have done. If yoiu want to beat him up for not serving in the military, you'd have to get Bush and Cheney first. But then, you people even beat up people who DID serve honorably, like Gore and Kerry. So you're a hypocrite for even raising the military service issue.

No he hasn't...he's just taken a trip on the taxpayer dollar. My brother served in Iraq for a year--national guard. There's a huge difference, like no personal security guards.

What is your point? That all politicians should serve in the military first? Maybe that's a good idea.

He's not required to serve in the military to become an elected official.... nor is the president. Bush never served, either.

He's just a well-spoken phony Democrat.
He's indirectly trying to say that he fought in Iraq. Democrats will believe it.
Check out what Ford believes in!!!! He is running on Republican beliefs.
But like Al Gore, this will all change when he gets elected.
Like Gore, Ford is AGAINST ABORTION.
They both fooled the people.
It's what they do.
