Do you believe in an afterlife and have you reason to?

I often feel that I'm being watched even when I'm in an empty churh I can just imagine the place full of spiritual beings.

If you don't believe in the after life, then think, why did god create you with a mind to choose your life whether to be good or bad, what is the difference between us humans and animals, god made us like this to make it as a test, whatever you do in this life, you will be granted when you die in the day of judgement. If god didnt prepare after life, then what will hold people from walking in the correct path and do good things in life? most ppl could become criminals and get rich in an illegal way or another and die normally when they get old, but what prevents them from this, is the hope of being good to enter heaven in the afterlife

I have to disagree with "nondescript" in that there is plent of evidence worldwide to suggest an afterlife.

To answer your question, yes I do believe in an afterlife, I believe that our souls are a part of God and what is left of them after this life is sent back to Him.

BTW, your question didn't come all the way through ... it ended with "exact instant he died that he was going to" How did that end? lol

I do believe and think my reason is probably about as stupid as any believer's idea. I read a book that was supposed to written by a hynotherapist who studied past lives. It seems very convincing. The picture he painted of an afterlife seemed pleasant.. He accounted for a loving God who basically sent us into motion to evolve and move closer to him. Accounting for sin was done by a person's conscience in the afterlife.

the after life is real but many people don't know.

and if people have doubt that God can return you back after death, then take a look at the grass, flowers and planets. they die during winter, then return back again to life.

also remember the creation of human, you came from a sperm. you came from death into life.

My father who has passed on visits me. I get visits in my sleep during astral travel with my grandparents, yes i believe in reincarnation and i believe families all stick together. I have at least lived four lives.

There's no real reason to believe in any afterlife. There's plenty of evidence that when we die, we're just dead. There's no real evidence that anything about us survives after we die. Feelings that you are being watched are just feelings.
