take desi ghee or butter.
add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon stick, moti ilaichi.
then add 2-3 onions(not finely chopped), 2 green chillies, 2 inch piece ginger, 4-5 cloves of garlic, a handfull of cashews(optional). fry them till golden brown.
then add 3-4 tomatoes and fry further.
when tomatoes are mashed and fried, put this mixture into a mixer and make fine paste.
now take some ghee or butter in a pan and add garam masala, meat masala, turmeric, salt and fry. add paste.
add 3-4 spns of cream into it and make the gravy thinner by adding water. give it boil.
add salt in last. taste and adjust.
its a mughlai kind of gravy.


to make cream chicken
take ghee in pan, add 3-4 onions nd fry them till pink.
add chicken pcs, keep frying them till 70% done.
then add 1-2 ltr milk. keep cooking it till milk gets very thick.(less than half of added amt)
add craem, and salt.
very simple but absolutely delicious cream chicken.

Mouth-Watering Chicken Gravy
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (approx. 14 ounces) chicken broth
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/3 cup biscuit mix
salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 4 or 5 minutes, or until the gravy is smooth and thickened.
Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed. Serve hot. Makes about 2 cups of gravy.

Take the grease from frying the chicken and put plain flour to it making it a paste, get it almost burnt,use a whisk to keep it stirred all the time, when it is really dark use water before using milk til the right consistency of gravy is achieved.It is hard to give proper quantities because of how much you might want to make.
Using the water first keeps the gravy dark and delicious.

I love garlic, so this gravy is something i like...

Garlic Chicken Gravy recipe

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons garlic powder

In a medium skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour to form a paste. Whisk in milk and broth until smooth. Add garlic powder. Reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve hot over chicken, turkey, potatoes or rice.

I make lousy chicken gravy so I open a can of cream of chicken soup and heat it. People say I make fantastic gravy. I find Campbell soup is the best.
