i do modelling and so i have to look my best for the shoots and i've been told by my make up artist that i need more water! (she said my eyes were dehydrated) i sleep lots and my eyes still had black bags under them... i drank heaps of water.. (8 glasses a day) and then after a few days the bags were gone!

If it is in your genes to have dark circles ( look at others in your family) then you are more than likely destined to have them.
