You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Bags are one thing you cant just get rid of really without the remedies you already know about... plenty of sleep blah blah blah
Top model tip is to use Prep H, pile cream and apply a thin layer under the delicate eye area. Sounds bizarre but if it's good enough for the models its good enough for me, and suprisingly it works. It reduces the puffiness.
Also YSL (Yves Saint Lauren) do a product called Radiant Touch (Touche eclait) and that is a fantastic product. Its a little expensive but there are plenty of products similar, I use a Boots No7 pen style concealer and this lightens the under eye area.

Most of everyones answer was correct. Only thing I wanted to add is heredity. If it is in your genes to have dark circles ( look at others in your family) then you are more than likely destined to have them. Another popular reason are allergies, eczema, and sinuses which cause your eyes to stay dark most or all of the time. If these are the cases then all the remedies listed can help but not completely make them disappear. Your best bet is to maintain sleep, drink lots of water, take your vitamins and use a good concealer.

I had hemorrhoids problems for different years. I was basically simply excessively embarrassed to go to a doctor or to the pharmacy to request a hemorrhoid treatment. At last I went to a doctor that tried to do everything in her power to help me, yet unfortunately the prescription didn't work. Surgery was impossible! By then, I was powerless, embarrassed and with just about no social life, so I've chosen to try something else. Then I discovered this method: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info I purchased this book on the most proficient method to dispose of hemorrhoids naturally notice it helped me a great deal! I don't feel torment anymore! I wish I had it years before. I can't accept how rapidly I got relief (just about overnight!) they've never returned and I don't worry about it anymore in light of the fact that on the off chance that they do, I know precisely what to do. After reading the book and making a move in 48 hours the ache, irritation, tingling and draining was gone. To my surprise I could permanently cure my hemorrhoids 100% naturally. Hemorrhoids are fundamentally engorged veins. The veins return the blood to the heart and those from the lower parts of the body work against gravity to push blood again to the heart. At the point when the blood becomes thicker because of one's absence of water admission, the blood gets pooled in the veins in light of the fact that blood is more hard to stream. This makes them get engorged and become bigger. On the off chance that this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I can assure you that I tackled my hemorroids problems with this system: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info It's definitly the most ideal approach to effectively dispose of hemorreoids.

Go to a drug store, there's a lot of creams now available from different companies like Roche-Posay which contain Vitamin C
that might work. Consult a reputable cosmetician.
For the bags Preparation H for hemorrhoids will work wonders.
Its a secret of models. It is designed to reduce swelling and works great on my bags. But you have to be careful and not get it into your eyes.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/5LKDY
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

Try putting a tea bag on each eye for 1/2 hour. be sure to steep the tea bags first and let cool, if you like tea you could have a warm cup of tea while waiting. Tea has tanic acid in it and can help with many things, as tanic acid is very healing.
