I had a first date last night, and there was no kiss. Not that I wouldn't have, but I wasn't making the first move. At the end of the night there was a nice hug, and that's it. It sounded like we might date again, but nothing in stone. What does this mean?

There was definite chemistry, and I know we are both attracted to each other from previous conversations. Perhaps he was being polite as to not rush things. I did text him on the way home to tell him that I enjoyed hanging out with him, but the only response I got was "Make it home ok?".

princes i think that was the best thing you did, we dont have to do somethings for our dates to work let this things come natural and you both fall in love with who you are not with what we can do to each other,cos when the time comes when you are both ready to kiss it will be the precious moment for both of you

I have so been there. If it is the first date then he isn't going to kiss you because he feels as if he is rushing into it. The best first dates start with a hug and then you get to the good stuff.

Every date does not have to end in sexual situation to be a "good date." Maybe u scared him and he got his signals crossed. If u say
the date went well then I wouldn't think another thing about it...well except when's the next one? Sounds innocent enuf....if u like him though u may have 2 make next date so he's not confused whether or not u wanna go. = ]

Maybe he just didn't want to move too fast. Maybe he was just being polite. I don't see anything wrong with it. If you go out on a second date and there is still not a kiss...he probably is just friend material. Good Luck!

Hmmm...No kiss, nice hug and the fact that you think HE may ask you out again...I'd say there was no spark there. Now that doesn't mean that something could blossom in time or that you two may become friends. But, as far as romance...I think he's not that into you. Atleast he wasn't a pig...trying to see how far he could go.

first date doesnt mean have to kiss....hug would be the best situation for first date...and hug is more warm
