you can make any recipe a theme by adding decorations, example, beads, masks, doubloons, feather boa, etc.try these:

When they get older like 8, 9 kids like to have themes -because they can choose them themselves. But I didn't know that babies usually had themed parties either. I don't really see the point because the baby's so young that they won't understand the whole theme thing anyway. Just invite people and have some balloons and stuff, there's no need for a theme.
