There is only one way to get rid of extra skin, and it involves a scalpel and sutures.
Abdominoplasty (or "tummy tuck") is the procedure that gets rid of the extra skin, and also tightens up the fascia (tough layer that holds your guts in). It is a fairly major operation, and it's not cheap ($10-20,000?) Recovery time is 4-6 weeks.
It's not something you'll want to do until you're done having children, as future pregnancies will just stretch everything out again.
You can do abdominal exercises, but they will strengthen only the muscles. The skin will remain loose.
sorry that I don't have better news for you.

Probably not a lot. That's the price you pay for bearing children. But it's a small price, A very small price. Like in the larger scheme of things, maybe 5 cents. Since I've grown older I've dated older women (Duh!) and well, I'm not expecting the tight smooth skin of a nineteen year old. In fact, and this is the truth, I'm attracted to a more mature appearance. So get used to it. You're gonna get wrinkles, the boobs are gonna drop, your tummy's gonna show some wear, but you can still keep that butt high and tight at any age! Yummy!

Do plenty of sit-ups daily... and make sure you drink a lot of water.
