we grew up in UK but then only 18yrs were allowed passport and i was under age to collect one. i return to my country on a travel permit (of my country) that was seized by the military junta in regime then. so what can i do to return.

If you were born in the UK you are a British citizen and can return at any time. Goto the British Embassy and they will help you get a passport and then welcome back to Blighty.

Just because you went to school in the UK does not make you British, did your parents have British passport's, or were they on permits as well, and all that stuff about permits seized by military junta, sound to me like you are looking for the sympathy vote, NO, STAY IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY, we have got enough foreigner's in our country as it is, we are f***ing crawling with them, voff.

Can you prove to the UK gov. that you had live in the UK
get your old school paper and go to the consulat (if you are not in the UK already) if you are than go to immigration and ask
yours is a special case (also what about your parents did they have a passport) that might help

IF YOU WERE A UK RESIDENT THEN GO TO THE BRITISH EMBASSY.
HAVE YOU ANY IMMEDIATE FAMILY HERE THAT CAN PROOF YOUR CASE
