The artist who did the best job of painting emotions so far is Edvard Munch. Besides his famous 'The Scream' painting he did works with names like 'Melancholy', 'Anxiety', 'Puberty', 'Attraction', 'Separation', 'Jealousy', 'Ashes', 'Sin','Fear',and many more. Study his work and you will know the colour of worry.

Its a rusty reddish brown colour. You can tell by looking at the letters in the word. W is always brown. O is black, obviously, R is sort of a rich red and theres 2 of them and Y is beige. Mix em all together like paint and you get a rusty reddish brown colour. This method doesnt work with everything though. Sadness is silver but its component letters are White, yellow, black, green, amber, white and white. If you mix those together its just going to make a mess. Do you see where I'm coming from?

I agree with the others about gray, but I think muddied colors could also be used together with how they play off each other.
Say, a slightly greenish yellow against a taupe, against a mauve. Slightly disturbing combination.

Absolutely agree with Angel. Worry is grey. Sort of formless grey, very depressing.

Purple - black isn't a colour so I couldn't write that. Purple is associated with depression or depressing things.

I have to agree also. When I think of worry, I think of gray. Gloomy colors if you want to make a more colorful art piece.

Bluegreenish grey with a hint of yellow. Maybe with a bit of red added to it...how about purple with some grey added to it, a lot of grey.....and, with some yelllow....maybe, no... that's too much. No wait, how about grey with red, I mean, grey with yellow....aw, gee, I'm worried that may be too much color...hey, yes, its just grey! Plain grey with a hint of yellow, and, and, maybe some blue and green.
