During our life we see people we are attracted to some more than others. You can't help being attracted to certain indivuals.
Say you find a life partner hopefully all of us will. Someone to share our life with and there is a little lust. Every good marriage has strong sexual feelings for the other person.
then here comes this beautiful women who knocks your socks off. But your already married! The difference between a good person and an animal we don't act on every feelings.
Say your wife dies and this is a good thing that we can be attracted to a variety of people during our life. Lonelyness is everything it is cracked up to be.
But, there is a difference in having sex, with every person we are attracted to. That becomes Lust and a sin!

Lust is not just sex. It's the SENSES wanting to be EXCITED!
Whatever LOOKS good, SOUNDS good, FEELS good,
DO IT!
Even if the END RESULT isn't any good.
Like young people BLASTING their music, and they're DEAF
at the age of 25!

Lust is unusually strong sexual desire. Controlling and oppressive. It is when sexual thoughts take over ones thoughts perhaps because one gives free reign to them. Dwells on them.
