do proper care like always apply milk lotion or some cream after taking bath.

Before going to bed wash your skin where it is rough properly with any soap which you are using and apply glyserene (which is available in any medical stores) for a week and see the change on the skin. This would defenitely give a good result

though oil sounds yuchh, still it is the best alternative to rough skin. you can use coconut, or olive or almond oil and massage well into your body. then after 1/2 hr, you can wash off with a moistrising shower creme or soap, lathering well, then apply a mosituring creme ( i liked synergie's body cocoon) or cocoa butter from avon, or trust vaseline body lotion. or johnson's baby lotion is the best i guess!! concentrate on the rough spots while washing and apply more creme there so that you can have baby soft skin always !! all the best
