When I copy like the English version, I do not get Arabic text, even when it is an Arabic-enabled version of Word

To move information between documents
Select the information you want to move.
On the Edit menu, click Cut.
Click in the document where you want the information to appear.
On the Edit menu, click Paste.
Note:
The information is removed from the original document and is placed in its new location.
To leave information in original document use Copy instead of Cut.
Make sure the font in the new document is set to Arabic.

Arabic, Russian, Hebrew... You would need professional software to copy and paste Arabic text from Adobe PDF document to Microsoft Word document.

it seems that u dont have a font file of that language. do one thing. open the pdf document, press "Print Screen" button, go to microsoft word and paste it. thats it.
