I think I will have bacon and eggs and toast. Well, I think I will start cooking right now. After all, it is time for breakfast.

Yoplait light yogurt - 100 calories (or) a whole grapefruit = 106 calories. These are both healthy choices. Personally I'd go for the grapefruit.

Cruskits (puffed rice crispbreads) with red onion, tomato, LOTS of Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and cracked pepper, with cheese on top, microwaved for 2 minutes till the cheese is melted!!

Isn't it lunch time? Although if you are not in UK or Ireland (I get confused as I'm on yahoo.co.uk) and it really is breakfast time then I would just have toast and marmite. Yummy!!!
