The Holy Spirit lives in us, not Jesus.

So many people gets sriptures mix up, & they can't understand the reality of the over all situation. The Holy Ghost is what is living in us, Or I can say the Spirit of God, Jesus, The Immortal Body that was risen from the dead is now in heaven sitting on his Throne as a mediator for the sins of the world, & the reason His Bride is looking for his return, Is that first after he comes off that throne in heaven we can see that the 7th seal in Revelation has been open, that scroll is the scroll of Redemtion,, When Christ comes for his Bride he will come in the spiritual form to take his Bride to the marriage supper, Then at the end of Daniel's 70th week he will bring his Bride with him in the physical form to rule & reign upon this earth for 1000 yrs.

I'm not waiting for him to return are you ?
I'm just gonna do what I need to do right now.
If a child falls and I WAIT for someone else to pick that child up even if I can get there first, I wouldnt know what Jesus would look like if I saw him.
He is already here.

I am not waiting for him to return - are you? I agree with you honey. He lives with us who want him around. He's not the kind of person that wold hang around where he's not wanted.

Consider this: There weren't all that many people who recognised him for who he was when he was on earth - he only had 12 disciples at the time (officially anyway), but as you know since then a lot of people have benefitted from his teachings and recognise him. But if he came back, not everyone wold recognsie him - he wouldnt be dressed like an ancient Israeli etc!

My point is: perhaps he has already come back and you missed it. I have heard and I belive its true that he came back about 500 years ago in India as person calld 'Haridas Thakur'. Haridas Thakur was / is also a great lover of God. It goes without saying - it the same person. You could research him, with an open mind and heart and you might be lucky to find someone who knows about him properly. Good luck! (or just continue on in faith that he does live on in our hearts!)

Well, He doesn't live in us, but Christians have God's Holy Spirit with them (somehow - I don't have a clue how). Jesus is still in heaven with His Father, waiting to return.

We're waiting on His return to take us to heaven to ever dwell with HIm. He said "In my Father's house are many maisions. Behold I go to PREPARE a PLACE for you. If it were not so, I would've told you". These pieces of Scripture are confirmation to the believer that not only will he dwell IN us here on Earth, but that He'll dwell WITH us in Heaven! The Scripture says that we'll "....reign as kings and princes WITH HIM", meaning that there will be some form of life somewhere that will need the dearth of our experience and knowledge to govern it alongside God.

Maybe because before he left the earth 2000 years ago, he *said* he was going to return. (and it could be soon)
