I had the same question when I had my children. The doctor said any allergy meds were ok to take. If anything, they may make the baby sleep a little more but that can be a good thing!

apparently local unprocessed honey is good for allegies. The type you would be at a farmers market or health food shop. Are you able to take anti histimines when you breast feed? I know you can't when you are pregnant. Good luck and congratulations.

Any OTC meds should be okay. Claritan is a good one that doesn't cause jitters. Congrats on your decision to breast feed! Bravo!

do u have any local alternative herbal shops near u?
I'm sure they sell natural allergy tablets.
u could try Holland & Barret, they're on-line & c what they say.
