You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. On this plan, you can eat any food you like, as long as you stick to the regimen. Some foods are better than others, of course. Fruit, veggies, grilled chicken.

You can pretty much eat what you want- its more focusing on how much you eat. If you start eating smaller portions and cut out the high fat foods and drink lots of water and get some exercise in you will start to notice a difference. Its not going to happen over night but in the long run you will be more healthy overall.

well u can eat like low fat foods but if you want to loose weight then i would suggest taking the easy way out eat right like a lotta water lotas of veggies energy foods and excersize really good for like an hour and a half and then drink more water adn so the same every day for about like a good month and just see how well u did

Eat at the fixed time.
Eat only to satisfy the hunger.
Stop eating when you feel the hunger is quenched and yet want to have a little more, for the food is delicious.
Do yoga, systematically, very early in the morning.

It is better to eat oilfree & less tasty i.e without Garam Masala foods. Preferly you should try to eat Jawar roti with any greenery vegetables & maintain it constantly. Try to avoid oily foods.Take slightly less food than your normal intake food. Also you should try to walk (Fast or slow running) 4 KM par day continuously for 3 months. Your weight should be reduced by 1.5 Kg per month min.

eat according 2 ur will.all u need 2 do is exersize.I was 222222 obese once but 2day i can be rated a few pounds below the requirement & the credit goes 2 my workout that involved a lot of physical exersizes. I'm experienced.there's no shortcut 2 success!

Wait as in an amount of time? You mean you don't want to have to wait for your food? So you want fast food?
Or are you asking about losing weight (as in pounds)? In which case you need to eat healthy well-balanced meals of lean protein, whole grains, fruits & vegetables.

it's not what kind of foods because you can eat anything you want, it's calories that y0u need to watch. just stay under you caloric need for the day and you should be fine and thin in no time.

try this tips which i have used on me
drink a lot of water
replace your food with salads and greens
try yoga, outdoor games, walking etc.
