just the same way u caculate the average of anything else, add them all up and divide by the number of percentages there are.

ex. 35%, 69%, 21%
35+69+21=125
125 / 3=41.66
=41.66%

add all the percentages, then divide by the number of items you added.
99%+ 10%+ 5% / 3 =37.33%

add up all of the percentages and then divide by how many you have and yes it does make sense
