I heard that when you drink really cold water your body reacts by trying to warm you up and that you start to burn calories. is this true?

yes.

Your body is trying not only to heat you up, but the wtaer as well, so it's suitable for digestion. This burns caloriesw because of the amount of energy required to do both chores. Don't drink too much however - dangerous amounts can lead to liquid poisoning.

It is most definitely true. Drinking ice cold water does help burn calories.

I have heard this before as well but I am not sure if it's true. Cold water is good for you though so drink up.

from what ive heard you are partially right , but i heard that it doesnt result in any net calorie loss ,as yes you will burn some calories,but your body warms itself by producing more fat cells,so it is a negative sum situation

whn i go out to dnner which is quite often i have 1 soda and then once it finsh water with lemon

no it is not, you should drink hot water if you want burnt calories, hot water kills the grease and the fat.
