holiday parks, don't have to be butlins but there are some really good Haven holiday parks which have kids clubs and entertainment. If you go to the travel agent they also have lots of brochures that have 'family holiday's' in! Goodluck!

It depends whether you would want to be stuck on a plane with the children or on a car because like a lot of people said disneyland is a good place especially florida but it's a heck of a long way a way so ... what about disneyland paris ???? it's around 1 hour on a plane so not to bad or you could go to haven they have some great deals on but againthe journey is long so i would also sugest you collect a couple of brochures from the travel agency and have a flick through and in there it will say comments ie. kid friendly or kids club so you could also enjoy your holiday whilst the entertainment team look after the little ones
Hope this info helps :o) x

You make me soo glad easter break is only two weeks here, plus they haven't started yet! Make up some bubble solution with some dish soap and water, send the kids outside to blow bubbles using a straw as a blower. Make salt dough, this will keep kids occupied for HOURS! If the weather is agreeable, take then out to fly kites, if you don't have them or can't afford to buy them, make them out of plastic shopping bags and a bit of string. DON'T do any planned activities for the first couple of days, let the kids enjoy the novelty of no school and only take them out after they start complaining of boredom. make a game of cleaning, you could rearrange bedrooms or the living room- the incentive of 'redecorating' often gives kids a motive for a far more thorough clean than what they would otherwise do. Bake something! Make cakes or muffins or try out making a loaf of bread! Go to the library and research a recipe for something you've never made before and let the kids help you pick what to make!

We mostly do a lot of camping in the summer. But, I do rent a couple of hotel rooms at resorts that have water parks. We have a coupon book that we get through the school system, so we get 50% off rooms.
I guess it would depend on how much money you have, really. But, if you don't - make sure you budget well. Everything costs 5 times more when it's not at home. Plus, we all know too well the "oh can I have that" whenever we leave the house.

It all depends on location, and how far you want to go for this vacation, my girls ages 12, 10, and 9 enjoy anything as long as they are spending quality time with me and the wife. At the ages you say the 8 year old is the only one old enough to really understand where you are at, the rest of them would have fun in a mcdonalds playland, just take them someplace you all can have fun and spend quality time together, away from the hustle and bustle of life, and bring a bottle of tylenol for the really good times.

Butlins!!!! I know it sounds crappy but we took 4 kids and they had the time of their life! We also did Euro Disney, which was ok but I think they were too young at 5, 4 and 2x2yr olds.
have a good holiday!

it has to be a holiday camp of some kind at least you will have a bit of a holiday if you could afford it go all inclusive to lanzarotti, for one thing you don't need spending money, and if they are fussy like most kids they can eat what they like when they like, lanzarotti is so child friendly health wise they have great clinics if needed, its sunbathing weather but not boiling, hope you have a great time have fun.at least two of the kids should go free.

Shouldnt the question be I need a holiday, after taking them on holiday!!!!!
Try a cruise, they will acter for the older kids, as they have a kids club on board, you only need to be there at meal time. the only thing may be $$$$$$, good Luck and have fun.
