I'm Catholic.
I admire the Jews and their teachings on patience and long suffering. They're not some who say that faith will result in instant material gratification.
I admire Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses for their willingness to attempt to spread their faith by going from door-to-door...although they get the door slammed in their faces probably 99% of the time.

Buddhism as it is a very peaceful religion that seeks to coexist with nature. Most that I know are very kind and considerate.
I also admire the Amish for the choice of a simple life. So unassuming and such faith.

Any other religion that is peaceable, dedicated, and willing to serve with everything they have.
I have a hard time pinpointing a certain religion, but, then again, my descriptions are somewhat more personal traits than a church as a whole. So I'll stick with the members of the churches who have these qualities.

I admire the celibacy part of the Shaker Religion, which has made it what it is today .......... EXTINCT. Being extinct is the second thing I admire in this "faith" and would appreciate in all others too.

I like the serenity that surrounds Buddhism....beautiful. And I like the fact that Jews are so devout, yet they never impose their beliefs on others. I find that the people in both of these religions tend to be very humble. That hold true for many others also, but you asked for two.

Judiasm - a social desire to have everyone be as educated as possible, as this is seemingly just a pretty good idea in general.
Buddism- the idea that you can reach you state of enlightenment on this earth, which i think leads people to pursue their own happiness while alive, not waiting for something which comes after this life.

Courage and honor are the cornerstones of all valid religeons. (Satanism [from ha-satan or "the opposer"] is not a valid religeon because it, by definition, cannot exist without Christianity.) Therefor, from a certain perspective, all religeons are the same.
