It is simple, soak a soft cotton waste cloth in warm water added with some detergent, use this cloth to gently wipe the roti maker, repeat once again if the oily surface is not very clean, then sqeeze the cloth and soak in only plane warm water and wipe the roti maker once again, keep where gently air blows.
