I stress this is completely hypothetical. It is not about relationships and is totally severed from reality. This is simply about human sexuality and the notions of gender and genitalia.
You have to have sex with one of these two individuals. Which one do you chose and why?
Individual 1.
A man. He's big, strong, he is your perfect ideal of man. He has a generic male personality. The only difference is - he has a vagina. A fully functioning vagina.
Individual 2.
A woman. She's pretty, she's svelte, she is your perfect visage of woman. She has a generic female personality. The catch is, she has perfectly functioning male genitalia.
You have to chose one, but which?
With this question I want to see whether your ideas of male/female are dictated by genitalia alone or by outward appearance/personality and how you relate to this sexually.

Psychologically, its an interesting question because of the reversal of power. If this genitalia swap were to suddenly happen to humanity, would social power reverse accordingly?

Great answers. Really fascinating, considered, measured answers. This isn't a loaded question, I want to know how you relate to people - this is a psychological qs! If you want children, will you accept a person that is ostensibly of the same gender to do it? Hm? That not interesting? And this is only the tip of the iceberg of this qs.

You know what always comes up? More women choose individual 2. Hardly anyone chooses number 1! Why? I find this utterly fascinating. Is a man with a vagina not really a man? Is the penis the sole the deciding factor for women? Fascinating!

I'm female and bi - but i find this question difficult - not because of the gender thing but the personality thing. I choose my partners on the basis of their personality rather than their physical appearance and/or genitals.
I have said to my partner that I would still really fancy and love him if he was female. But he has said that if i was male there is no way he would love me.
What is a 'generic' male or female personality?

I am a heterosexual male. If I had to chose I'd still go with individual 2 simpy because I do not want to eb with someone who is muscular.
However, I think it would be best for all if those two individuals alebit hypothetical were asked to get married to each other. That would work out for everyone.

this is a really mind bending question, i am 31 female am bi and i think i would go for the female with male genitalia i like a womans company n women are more easy to get along with with the female i get the bonus of a penis

Also add that if you want children some day you would have to choose the gender personality most similar to your own. I want to be with the feminine personality but I want to have children. Which do I give up? Let me think about this loaded question.

i am female and straight but for whatever reason i'd choose the woman with male genetalia...i am of course working on the premise that you wouldnt have to be exclusive so if you didnt like it you could always leave em and find the guy with the lady bits...strange question,but good...;0)

Their is no "have to choose one", no matter what, I absolutely would not choose either. You cannot make a person do anything they refuse to do.
