Find an arrogant man..put on yer Nike..as you ll need to be a fast runner..make sure he is shorter than you or sat down raise pumpkin above mans head and smash open :)

Carve a Jack-o-Lantern.
Scoop out the seed and bake them. They are very tasty. Kids love them. They kind-of taste like popcorn.
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds---------
Scoop out pumpkin seeds.
Rinse with water (in a coulinder) to get all the little pieces of
orange stuff off.
Sprinkle lots of salt on the seeds. Stir. Then,
Butter a cookie sheet.
Spread the pumpkin seeds all over in a single layer.
Then sprinkle more salt on them.
Bake them in an oven for about 15 min. (I think about 15 min)
Bake until they are crispy. (Take one out and taste test)
Store in a plastic bag after they cool.

Cut it, take the seeds out and roast it in the oven with some sugar on top (without peeling it). Then serve cold covered with bee honey and crushed walnuts. This is a traditional recipe in Bulgaria.

Cut it in half. Scoop out the seeds. (You can rinse and dry them and toast them up too) Steam the halves till their tender. Scoop the meat out of the rind and mash it up when it's cool with 1 + 1/2 (8 oz) containers of cool whip, 1/4 c of powdered sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Yummygood!!!

Cut into pieces and boil in salted water. When tender, drain and place back in pot. Mash and add sugar, butter and cinnamon. Place back on heat and stir until all the liquid has been absorbed. Serve with rice, roast potatoes, green-beans and meat of your choice.

Fill it up with gunge and then lob it across into the motorway or market. But shout out "Watch ya head, gunge pumpkin coming ahead!" So they can't say you didn't warn them.

pull out all the insides make pumpkin soup and use the pumpkin shell as a serving dish, very effective:) Make sure you clean the outside before plonking it on the table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
