If you are telling the truth that you have neither given nor received oral sex, then it's likely it's not HPV. Although, theoretically, the virus could be transmitted by kissing an infected person who had an active outbreak. In any case, you need to see a doctor to determine that these are really warts and not a yeast or fungal infection, or something else. If it is HPV, it's a virus and there is no medication that can get rid of a virus. If they are Herpes virus, which are very common, then you can possibly try one of the antivirals like aciclovir. In any case, see your doc.

yes if a person touches their genitals and have genital warts and then touches their mouth without washing their hands, that person can get warts around their mouth.

Are you sure they are really warts? You need to see your dentist it sounds like. Look on the web on some oral health sites

HPV is very contagious. If some has it and you touched them then, say put a finger in your mouth you can transfer it that way. Or if someone had oral sex with someone that has it and kissed you, you can get it that way. Either way you need to get to a doctor to see what it is.

Did you give a guy or girl a b job with warts on their genitals? If so or not, I recommend you go see your doctor.

More then likely it is HPV and you get it from a guy who has it (a guy wont show any symptoms) And as far as i know there is no cure for it. But i would def. go and see a doctor for them.

sounds serious, think back and try to remember what you have had in your mouth that might have caused this, and go see a physician, or call the nurse line, they have answers.
