If you haven't tried Havarti and Entemaller...please do they are both wonderful. Brie cheese is oh so good warmed up a bit with crackers. If you can find Drunken Goat cheese....yummers!!! Like someone before me said...Gouda rocks. I really enjoy a good sharp Irish or British coast cheese. Gruyere cheese is great with golden smith apples and Parmesan cheese is wonderful with pears!!!
I'm sorry, I'm rambling but I LOVE CHEESE!!!!

First off it it doesn't come from the state of wisconsin, throw it away, it's garbage. Go to Wisonsin and buy it fresh. I like cheddar cheese curds. Mozzerella string cheeze. Pepper Jack, Colby, Gouda. Swiss on ham & cheese only.
