Manhattan Kansas. I used to live there. My mom who is a asthmatic came to see me and her asthma did not bug her one bit while she was out there. Its a great little but big college town and the cost of living is cheap. I am thinking of moving back when my hubby gets done with college.

Arizona is a great place to live for those problems. The dry air is very helpful for those illnesses
