OK so I'm not a fan of tipping,but I do anyways.

Hmmmm...if memory serves you asked or answered a tipping question ages ago...and if I recall...you're not a fan of the tipping institution.
So c'mon...open up that purse, blow out the cobwebs and give the man a coupla bucks...it can't hurt...don't forget this is a guy who will remember you next time...and he uses scissors.

Yes give him a tip---especially if it was a good cut. I mean if you go back there again do you think that he'd still give you a good cut if you didn't tip? I beleive in karma and it'll come back to you. Uusally just a few bucks depending on how much it was...my cuts are around 15-30 and I always leave 10(but I'm a waitress so I know how it is and it sometimes makes my day) but normally it'd be fine with like 5.... :-)

I always leave a tip if they did a good job AND were friendly, whether they own the place or not.
