there are a lot of warning signs but the only way to know for sure is to talk to your doctor and get tested. my mother was just diagnosed. my mother in law, that is very health conscious and thin, was also suprisingly diagnosed at the same time. diabetes can often do damage before there are any warning signs. if it is in your family, you should get tested regularly. i found a great book about it that is very easy to read (un-dr language) called Outsmart Diabetes by Prevention Magazine. I got it at my local drug store. It explains it in very plain English. It also has exercise and diet advice. Check it out, I think it was $10, totally worth it. Take care!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Symptoms

At first, your blood sugar level may rise so slowly that you may not know that anything is wrong. One-third of all people who have diabetes do not know that they have the disease. 1

If you do have symptoms of type 2 diabetes, they may include:

Feeling thirsty.
Having to urinate more than usual.
Feeling more hungry than usual.
Losing weight without trying to.
Feeling very tired.
Feeling cranky.
Other signs of type 2 diabetes may include:

Lots of infections and cuts and bruises that heal slowly.
Blurred vision.
Tingling or numbness in your hands or feet.
Lots of skin, gum, or bladder infections.
Vaginal yeast infections.
Some people have already developed more serious health problems by the time they are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Over time, diabetes can lead to problems with the eyes, kidneys, heart, blood vessels, and nerves. Signs of these problems may include:

Numbness, tingling, burning pain, or swelling in your feet or hands (diabetic neuropathy).
Blurred or distorted vision or seeing flashes of light; seeing large, floating red or black spots; or seeing large areas that look like floating hair, cotton fibers, or spider webs (diabetic retinopathy).
Chest pain or shortness of breath. This may be a sign of heart or blood vessel problems.

excessive thirst, massive sudden weight loss for no reason, blurred vision, copious, frequent urination.keep weight within ideal height/weight range, eat proper diet, excercise regularly.next time u have a dr apt, have them do a fasting blood sugar.u dont eat the night before, past midnight.the next morning, they draw and check to see if ur blood results are within normal range.its a simple, easy test.if ur blood sugar looks either too high or too low,ur dr will arrange for u to have a longer, more extensive glucose tolerance test.u drink a sugary drink, and a little blood is drawn every hour on the hour for 5 hours.this will show if ur responses too sugar are unusual, and if so,how.the best way to prevent or slow the onset of diabetes is to excercise and keep ur weight down.good luck.
