There is no "cure" but for most people they are able to get rid of the virus on their own. Their bodies basically fight the virus off.

Unfortunately, HPV is not curable, it is a virus, all you can do is identify which type pf HPV the person has so you can know if it a cancer producing type or a low risk type. You can have it under control but there is no cure for it.

no, it is not curable. The vaccine that was recently approved is prophylactic, and cannot cure HPV.

HPV, if you didn't already know is the virus taht causes genital warts, some types of anal warts, and is the only identifiable cause of primary cervical cancer.

She should get the warts treated if and when they pop up, never have unprotected sex, as she can spread the virus even when she doesn't have warts actively, and she should make sure she gets annual pap smears every single year in order to screen for cervical problems.

While it can be treated, there is no real cure.

Some people consider themselves "cured" or are told they are "cured" after having a "leap procedure" which involves cutting or burning off a section of the cervix that has the abnormal cells. I still believe it can come back, though.

no but there is a vaccine that u get when u are 12 yrs old. It's too late for u...this is a disease that can cause ovarian cancer and u won't be able to have children..it has been proven to do that.
