Does anyone have a recipe for rossetti cookies and the icing that are made with the irons? & where do I buy the irons at?

I am NOT talking about a waffle iron thing it looks more like a branding iron.

I just bought one with 2 different irons on one handle to make rosettes. I bought it at mary's in Okoboji, Iowa 51355

The are called Pizzelle irons and you can buy them on Ebay and Amazon, Cuisinart makes them but so do a lot of other manufacturers.
