You can make a fine low sugar 'cheesecake mousse' by using a block of cream cheese, a sugar free jello instant pudding and some aspartame; beat the softened cream cheese and aspartame (to taste, I use about 8 packets) and a tiny bit of lemon juice together; slowly beat in a quart of half and half (to make it smooth; add a sugar free pudding mix (I like white chocolate by jello) for flavor, and beat just a little bit more to make sure it's mixed; refrigerate; you can put it in a crust or just eat it as pudding. It is NOT low calorie, however, so if you're watching your weight, don't eat a lot!

if you put an egg into a tall glass of lemon juice (just enough to cover the egg) and leave it overnight, the next morning the eggshell will have dissolved.

Take out the egg (it will be held intact by its thin inner membrane)

Drink the lemon juice, which by now is not that acidic because you have the dissolved eggshell in it.

This will significantly lower your blood sugar. If you are borderline, it will take you into the normal range.

It's got over 1,000 articles covering all different areas.
Not sure if it has recipes, but you might find some really useful info there.
