In case of gunshot in the heart, and sever bleeding, what happens to the HcT ? Why?

Hct as in hematocrit?
It should be normal unless the person already had an anemic condition. However, if the person has been receiving transfusions and plasma expanders to compensate for lost blood, Hct should fall a little bit.
