I think that you should always smell the seasonings together before you add it to your food. If the spices smell good together, chances are that your food will taste like the smell and be delicious.

Time? Depends on how much I have to work with
Yes! I've amazed people who think I picked something up from a gourmet store.
Years of passion and love of food!
And the fact that my husband and I work together on dishes. I help him with his dishes for entertaining, and he helps me.
But always you have to have music!
