Does anyone know of a store that carries them or someplace nearby where I can have them shipped?

YES, I have tried local Japanese Market, that was in the first details of my question. Senka is not in Houston. It's really expensive.

Maybe you could try the Central Market on Weslayn and Richmond,or Rice Epicurean.I they are really commercial but they do cater to that type of consumer.
