Roast Beef with potatoes, carrots, and onions cooked in the crockpot for about seven hours with a can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with a package of dried onion soup and poured over it before you start cooking. Makes a great tasting roast and great gravy and easy to fix. Everyone loves it.

Pot roast!I put a 5 pound pot roast in the crock pot with onion and pepper.I let the roast cook all day on low.At the end of the day. I add potatoes, carrots, and more onions.I then let all ingredients cook on low for a few more hours. The last hour I add 2 cans of golden mushroom soup with a teaspoon of flour. Mix well,so it will thicken into a gravy.Thats it.Its a real easy recipe. My husband loves it.
