Roast Beef with potatoes, carrots, and onions cooked in the crockpot for about seven hours with a can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with a package of dried onion soup and poured over it before you start cooking. Makes a great tasting roast and great gravy and easy to fix. Everyone loves it.
