HPV really has no symptoms in both men and women. The only physical symptom of HPV is warts. Not everyone person with HPV gets warts though and they may be so small they can go unnoticed.
There are over 100 different kinds of HPV and only about 12 of those 100 kinds actually cause warts. So, unless a person has one of those 12 kinds and actually develops warts, there really are no symptoms.
There is also no test for men to detect whether or not they have HPV, so unfortunately it's pretty impossible for men to know if they have the virus or not.

If a woman has HPV, her chances of getting cervical cancer and other similar cancer is a lot higher. Also make sure she gets a pap test often. In addition, you could become infected and became a carrier infecting other women in the future

Genital warts are the symptom and yes men do get them. They usually won't show up for months/years on males though... It will be a long and painful process if you ignore them once you realize that you have them All it takes is skin contact to contract it... Dermatologist will help you the most if you do break out with warts. Good luck...

hope your girlfreind dose not know you are telling everyone, all you will get if anything is a few bumps on the base of your thingy that cant really even be seen and on the plus side it is VERY easy to be treated if you a guy so smile its nothing
