The category of the tomato can also be complicated. But there are key matters to notice. It can honestly be viewed a vegetable and a fruit while relying on which context it is in. Scientifically, it's viewed a fruit when you consider that it's honestly the ovary enclosed with seeds that got here from a establishing flower. However, because of its culinary utilization, in view that it does now not have the traditional "candy" style of so much different end result, it's probably categorised as a vegetable. It is so much usually served with different veggies as a substitute than with end result or candy muffins. However, a few opt for making use of the clinical definition whilst cooking, regardless of it now not being all set as a fruit. Additionally, the US Supreme Court declared the tomato as a vegetable only on the truth that it's used so much usually as a vegetable in terms of paying a tax below a tariff act. Hence, a few "veggies" equivalent to cucumbers and squashes also are end result in step with clinical definition.

I agree with the others that say a juice only diet is bad. Juice should just be a part of your diet and you should realize that so many juices call for carrots and beets because the sugar content in them is so high!
There is always pulp when you run a juicer (that's where all the useful fiber goes!). Don't chunk the pulp! It's still got a lot of goodness in it. Separate your veggie pulp from fruit pulp when juicing and freeze the veggie pulp for soups, the fruit pulps work great in smoothies and pop-sickles.

If it's a vegetarian or vegan diet that you're aiming for, we don't live on fruit and veg only. We also eat beans, lentils, grains, soya products, nuts, milks etc. No one should live on just fruit and veg as you won't get enouhg protein or carbs. I;'d suggest you go to the lbrary and get a good vegan cookbook to give you some ideas on a balanced healthy diet. A good cookbook will also advice you on using juicers and food processors.

This is a dangerous and silly diet. You cannot get all the nutrition you need from vegetables and fruit only. You need grains, nuts, seeds and pulses to make a vegan diet even close to being balanced, and even then you will need food supplements.
