I had a Roald Dahl kid's cook book that had these cute frogs you could make in it. You cut puff pastry into a frog shape, and then had an apple half right in the middle for the body. There was something inside the apple but I can't remember what. Maybe you could find the book at the library or in a book store and copy down the recipe.

Let each girl make their own placemat with green tissue paper, construction paper and stickers, tape anything you see that would be neat for girls like that curly ribbon......you can pick this up at the dollar store....and this will keep them busy while you prepare their other treats....you can get some brown paper bags cut out the shape of a frog for each girl....pass them out and let them have at it with the other items mentioned.
Lime jello cut into squares with carrot cut outs to make a face and black olives for eyes.....
For some music.....see if you can find a tape of animal sounds...that would be cool when the kids come in to have that playing in the background....even if other animals sounds are there ....it would set the mood.....
For drinks... use the blender to make a fruit drink with lime sherbert...and a lemon lime soda....with squirt of whipped topping and a red cherry on top....
also at some craft or dollar stores they sell white baseball caps ..they could decorate a hat with fabric markers....
Happy Birthday my brain is fried...lol

I think first go with a bright lime green & deeper grass green in paper goods, tablecloth, etc.
At Dollar General - in the baby section - they sell little bath toys in a mesh bag - there are four baby frogs and one big frog. They are squeaky bath squirters. They would be so cute to either use on top of cup cakes, or give out in a favor bag with green candies. Also at Dollar General they sell bags of green gummi frog candies, as well as green Laffy Taffy. These would be great in your treat bags.
Using those same bath squirters - you could play a game with the lit candle, and a bowl of water - see who can extinguish their candle from so many feet away using the froggy squirter.
You get several shades of green and yellow felt - and let each girl make a stuffed frog and dress their frog. Be sure to get googly eyes - and lots of bric-a-brac to glue on their frogs to give them personalities. (ribbons, sequins, jewels, stickers, feathers, etc) Then you could have a froggy fashion show and give out awards for various things. (cutest, funniest, weirdest, etc.)
Of course there is leap frog to play. You could get those inexpensive green foam hats and let them decorate with froggy eyes for party hat.
