After a meal, the blood is concentrated in your digestive system so you often feel tired or light-headed.
Eat smaller meals, smaller portions. Large heavy meals make it worse.

Well, if you've had these symptoms for 4-5 years, I doubt if it's anything serious. It could be a nervous condition, or you might have a digestive disorder which often mimics heart problems. I knew someone who thought she had a heart attack, and it turned out to be a stomach ulcer.
My best advice in questions of this nature is to see a doctor. Only a trained medical professional can get to the heart of your problem. (No pun intended).... Good luck!

Sounds like it's high time to ask a Doctor about the situation.
Advice off the Internet, especially medical advice, can be suspect. A gastroenterologist is the specialty you may want a referral to.

I have no idea. I would see a doctor tho. Just to get a blood test done. Check cholesterol. Maybe get a ekg... Just to make sure all is ok.

Actually, it almost sounds like acid reflux disease. I have it and that's how I sometimes feel after a meal.
See your doctor and they can give you a better test, ideas on good food choices, and medication if necessary.
