are you eating more dairy products since becoming vegetarian? My friend became a vegetarian and had the same problem but she was drinking more milk to supplement for not eating meat. Milk is not very friendly to your skin, or your body really, that are a lot of sites that fill you in on milk, one site is milksucks.com.
Or it could be your body is getting rid of toxins that have been in your body for awhile.

Same thing happened to me, and what I've gathered is the body has to go through a phase of detoxification. You've adjusted to putting up with the junk in your body, but once you rid yourself of certain forms of it, your body just needs to readjust. I didn't find this so much when I made the switch to becoming vegetarian, but when I went vegan things got nasty. I'm clearing up quite nicely now...and I can assure you that it's just how your body is coping...some people get the sh*ts, which isn't pretty either. I'd suggest just put up with a few pimples and be proud of your decision to go vege...this to shall pass.

in the adventure that your getting pimples, its possibly merely via fact your a teenager and your under pressure. I honestly have been a vegetarian for 3 years and the only time my face breaks out if as quickly as I attempt a clean air purifier or i grow to be under pressure. i'm uncertain with reference to the full soy milk concern yet i know that being a vegetarian is extremely healthful as long as your getting adequate protein. attempt to place off the soy milk and use a mushy dermis air purifier on your face. Noxzema works wonders for mine!

One thing I have noticed is that the healthier you are the more the transition period from your past. Your body is cleansing out toxins and that is one way to get rid of it. You could try Omega 3 which is suppose to be great for the skin.

No, have you added a lot of oils or salts or fats to your diet? How old are you? A lot of things could be happening besides the change in your diet. Are you drinking enough water?

It could just be your body getting rid of toxins. It didn't happen to me but I got lots of wind (gas) at first, this was only temporary. In the long run you will be far healthier and your skin will look great!!!!* (from personal experience!!) .

it could. your body probably just is reacting that way because it is shocked at the sudden change in diet. If you're really going crazy, I would suggest trying going back to meat, and then slow start cutting down on the amount of meat you eat so your body gets used to the vegitarian diet before you go completely veg.

I really doubt it. It's meat that wrecks havoc on your body.
As long as you're not supplementing your diet with sweets, it could be just a hormone change in your body.

It could be that you're consuming more dairy.
I turned vegan and I NEVER break out anymore! Many of my vegan friends are the same way, too.

It could be the dramatic change in diet you've witness. Meats and cheeses have a lot of fats and acids in them, that prevent acne and breakouts.
Try eating more beans, or try adding fish to your diet. Helped my brother's acne.
